I’m starting this podcast because I’m done with surface-level answers.

Done with talking points.
Done with hearing what we’re supposed to think
instead of what’s actually happening.
 

Everywhere I go, I hear the same thing—
 

People are trying to figure out what’s really going on in their own communities.

In our city.
In our county.
Across New Mexico.
 

And too often, their stories don’t get heard.

So I decided to create a space where they do.

 

This podcast is about real people telling real stories—
what they’re seeing, what they’re dealing with, and what they believe needs to change.

Not filtered.
Not scripted.
 

We’re going to talk about the things that matter:

Why families are struggling.
Why businesses are closing or barely holding on.
Why people feel like they’re falling behind.
And why we’re still ranking near the bottom in so many areas.

Not to blame—

But to understand.

Not one-sided.

Because if we don’t get honest about the problems,
we’re never going to find real solutions.
 

What you’ll hear here will be different.
 

You’ll hear voices from all sides.
You’ll hear conversations that don’t always agree.
And you’ll hear perspectives that don’t usually get a microphone.

This isn’t about telling people what to think.
 

It’s about making sure people are informed—
so they can think for themselves.

I’m doing this because I care about this state.

is to start having real conversations about what’s happening right now.
